I must say that I have been extremely happy and impressed by the customer service skills at Edgerton. I had to switch from oil to gas and having Art Skoczolek at the forefront of it all was the best thing that happened to me. It was one of the best customer experiences I’ve had. He was quick to respond to my calls, texts or emails. Thank you Art and your team at Edgerton for doing everything you did. Art, tell your bosses that you deserve a pay raise! My AC went out and I need a whole new replacement system. I was told they couldn't even bother to come out and discuss it until July 18th, THREE WEEKS later. They must not need new business. EDIT They made an appointment with me sooner.

In Nov. 2021 Edgerton installed a new heat pump manufactured by Bryant . This unit cost $9,000. I trusted Edgerton would install a good unit & give me excellent service. However the opposite is true. When I needed a/c only heat poured out of the vents. When I tried to get service they wanted to charge me for a service call. It has been 2 days & no service person has come to repair the unit. If you're thinking of installing a heat pump I'd find another company for the installation. Edgerton has taken no responsibilty for the non-functioning unit they installed
