I had some stuff take place with my checking account and I lost access to it online, it was restricted and locked. I called customer service and was not able to get anything done. So I came into this branch and was sent to see Mr. Jordan Evans, he was very empathetic to my situation and was able to listen to me and hear me discuss how I had gotten myself in this mess. He told me not to worry that he would do everything in his power to help me get this issue resolved. He has been working behind the scenes on my behalf and it's been a couple of days but I'm finally getting some positive results and he told me that he's not done yet. He's going above and beyond his job description in my personal opinion. I appreciate his efforts and I hope that he gets the recognition that he deserves for his hard work on behalf of the customers that he helps.

Don’t go here! Don’t waste your time! Especially stay away from Kyle! Nasty person that don’t deserve to be in banking. I just can’t believe. After having a problem with him I asked to speak with a manager same thing took his side protecting him. Guess what you guys lost a business account that makes more than 300k plus a year.

My situation started last week, it looked like somebody got ahold of my debit card account and I contacted the claims department and we got cut off. I contacted the claim department again. They explained to me a few things that were going to happen in one of those things it was supposed to happen in 12 hours. It didn't. I was supposed to get a email confirmation which I never got so this morning Monday I ended up calling our local branch here in Illinois. The person who helped me I believe her name is Julia, she helped me to the best of her ability and she also followed up she actually made me feel a little better about my situation thank you Julia

Yes. It's best to call the branch directly and make an appointment if you need to talk to a banker.
