Their employees are lazy and rude. They have a great location but are managed extremely poorly.

Really sad how this location has slipped. Girl at drive through acted like we were bothering her with our order and couldn't figure out what we had....which was a number 1 and extra fry (pretty simple).

My husband and I just got off of work and came in to get a gallon of milk (from the Thornton's gas station) and something to eat from McDonald's. The younger girl would not even acknowledge me, I tried to order and she was VERY RUDE and too busy on her phone. She couldn't even make eye contact with me. So I tried to order through her and she put her hand up while looking at her phone, to only say drive through only. On top of being very rude, obviously her phone conversation was more important. So I go through the drive-thru and I get no answer. I knock on the window and say hello multiple times. There was NO ONE in line. Then she comes to the window with an attitude. As we try to order and then ask her a question she again was very rude and put her hand up again and walked away. She again refused to take our order.
