Kyle I can’t thank you enough for taking the time to look into the miscommunication we had with the finance department on Sunday. We left very disappointed the deal didn’t go through, but you taking the time & going over options & calling me 3x was appreciated, you really do care for your customers & your actions spoke for itself. The Staten Island /Jersey boy DAN NEEDS A NEW JOB HE WAS RUDE! There was another young man that came out to help us ( don’t know his name but thanks empire team) You definitely need more people like Sean in the finance department! HE WAS GREAT/Wonderful he explained what we’re the options and banks we can go with the way things are today him looking into what works best for us was great. I can’t forget about the wonderful sales man Rich he was very caring & listened to all my questions. His smile and attitude made the visit even more pleasant. I ALSO WANTED TO STATE THIS COMMENT THIS DEALER SHIP HAS AN AMAZING GM! Kyle thank you again for the weather mats this RAM TRUCK IS A BEAUTY! You literally made my Labor Day a sweet Ending to summer! Bought a used 2019 ram 1500 7 months ago with a $4k warranty bumper to bumper. Battery goes bad and I called service and was told it was covered under my warranty. I go in early before work one day and rob takes me right in asap. When the truck was finished rob informed me it wasn’t under warranty and I had to pay $380. For a battery ! I would have done it my self ! I told them to take the battery back out of the truck and put the old one back in and he refused and said I would be charged an hours labor to switch them back out. I would have been more then happy to take the old one back an buy a new one half the price. This is one of many times with there service center. Will not be coming back for another service or purchase of a vehicle again or referral.

As far as I am concerned based on my experience with them is they can't be trusted. I posted a review on Google about them and received a generic response from the GM with his so called apology and half hearted attempt to ask me to reach out to.him to discuss my experience. It's all " smoke and mirrors ", he was responding because my post is visible to so many people. He wanted to appear as if they care about the customers. He really cares more about how the business appears to others and negative reviews make potential customers hesitant to go there.
Yes, you can schedule an appointment online through our website or call us. We do, except outside warranty companies, sometimes it takes more time with outside companies to get approvals for necessary work, but we can work it out with you and the company. Please bring all warranty documents.
In June 2020, our company put in place an extensive COVID response plan based on guidelines from the CDC, OSHA, and the NYS Department of Health. Copies of the plan have been distributed to the entire company management team and all managers are required to follow these guidelines to keep healthy and safe our customers, employees, and vendors. I would take it elsewhere for service if it's not a warranty part. But service is around back of the building

Please contact your sales person. They have to process the refund for you. If you left it on a CC they will reverse the charge. If you left cash, they will send you a check.
