I went there today to get a document notarized. The person at the counter wasn't wearing a mask, even though there is a sign on the door requiring masks for customers. And when I asked him if there was a notary on site, he said the notary hadn't been in all week. I asked if they'd be in next week, and he said they come and go as they please and that he didn't know when they'd be in. I asked if calling ahead of time was the best approach, and he said that yes calling and then asking to speak to an owner if they were in would be the best way to get a notary. I don't know why they advertise notary services if they are going to make it so hard to use them. I ended up going to the Goin' Postal store in the next shopping center and was in and out with a notarized document in less than 5 minutes.
