Had a 1:30pm appointment made two days in advance to have front brake pads installed. Was told there is a 2 hour wait and prior appointments before mine. Garage seemed full of mechanics. Seriously Monro, my time is valuable and I thought I booked an appointment with a company that understood that. Fail. Won't happen again.

Rude. They got the job done but I will never go back. The guy at the reception was incredibly condescending and just plain rude. Will go elsewhere for a simple tire change next time.

Went for an oil change and the mechanics on duty are spot on. They are helpful and informative, answer any questions I have and get my work done, promptly and correctly. My only issue is the online scheduling, corporate can do better. Yes, each shop should have their own calendar to work with that coincides with the shop, you shouldn't just have one website to rule them all. It really creates a problem for your employees when they have to tell someone it's all booked even though you scheduled an appointment online, because online just spits out anytime you want without any knowledge of what is actually scheduled at the shop. Other than that, great experience
