I recently opened an account at SeaComm Federal Credit Union in Plattsburgh. They have been beyond helpful and friendly. I messed up, not realizing that I opened a savings, vs checking account and wrote a check on the account. They contacted me, completed all the paperwork and created a checking account for me in the time it took me to drive over and sign the papers. Check never bounced and all is good. That is real service!

As mentioned from a previous reply, you will need to stop by any branch and have your social security number, valid U.S. driver's license or other Government issued identification, and a minimum of $5 to start your membership. If you prefer, you can open an account online at seacomm.org/join.html. Unfortunately, we are not set up to offer Zelle to our members.
Good Morning, Nasir. At this time, our mobile app only allows our members to transfer money to other members accounts. We are, however, currently working on a person-to-person payment solution that will allow our members to send money to friends and family outside of the credit union. Although we don’t have a set date as to when this will be available to our members, we hope to implement it in the very near future.

Hi Sean, To change your NetTeller password, you will need to be using a computer. If you know your current password, you can login to NetTeller and click on the "Options" tab at the top of the screen. This will bring you to a page that allows you to change your password. If you do not know your current password, you can enter your NetTeller ID on the login page. When prompted to enter your password, you will see a "Forgot Password" link directly below the password text box. Once you click on this link, you will need to follow the steps to change your password.
