Seriously, the most friendly bank I have ever gone to! Lauren, Branch Manager of Plattsburgh, has gone above and beyond for me on my many accounts and for my mother. We both have auto loans here as well. During the pandemic, we fell behind a bit and she worked with us in every way possible. Every person at this bank is friendly and shows they are more than just a business. They deserve 6/5 stars. If you’re looking to switch banks, don’t even think twice. This is the one to go to!

If your making a payment to another institution, yes you can use your debit card. If we issued the auto loan, you can give us a call or stop in and we can transfer the payment for you. We also offer automatic payments from your account. Setting this up is easy and can be done over the phone or by stopping into our branch.
We do offer very competitive home loans and mortgage rates starting at 3.5%. All of our rates are listed on our website and you can find them here: https://adkcreditunion.com/loans/mortgages/. We also offer interest-earning escrow accounts and will work with you to help calculate the amount of money you will need to set aside to pay your annual taxes.

From the homepage of the Credit Union’s website you can select "forgot my password" and you will receive an email (in the account attached to your online banking) with a temporary password.
Our ATMs allow you to change your PIN at the machine.
You must first call the company that initiated the charge and dispute the item. If the company will not refund the charge you can complete an affidavit at the Credit Union. You will need your account statement with the company (if you have one) and the reason for the dispute.
To protect your accounts, we limit ATM transactions to 9 per day and no more than $500. If you need a temporary increase on this limit, please stop into our office and speak with one of our staff members.
