They seem more interested in handling TSA Pre customers. Though not sure they’re doing that well with as many people standing in line waiting. Go to the airport people. It’s easier. Going to another vendors service to send my packages.

Go to the website; shiponsiteraleigh.com and select the tab for TSA fingerprinting. There will be some brief instructions and a link for the TSA programs. Make certain that you select the correct program that you desire. There will be options for TSA precheck, TWIC, and HazMat endorsement.
