On june 26, 22 I brought my vehicle to service due to failed inspection with the front end. Staff found the problem but unfortunately the piece that was needed to replace was out of stock, it was unknown when exactly that part would be back in stock so they told me they would have to stay with the vehicle. Before leaving i stated to them for the 2nd time the back up camera doesn’t function properly only when it rains. The full screen will appear in solid blue. Staff had told they’ll look into it has well.. 2 months go by. So on August, 29th the car was ready for pick up & when i asked about the back up camera.. the response I received which was we weren’t able to duplicate the back up camera which meant that no one checked as i stated it only happens when it rains. That was frustrating to hear.. so that means i’ll be stopping by again for service. when it could have been resolved within those 2 months it stood at the dealership. i would think with some consideration due to the inconvenience not knowing when exactly i’ll get my car back. They could of done a quick wash to the car before returning it back to me. I received my car back with cobwebs all over. That is not how i left my car with them when i dropped it off. If you asked me if I recommend curry nissan to friends & family.. sorry no not even the salesperson who sold me the car… last year when I purchased the vehicle i had asked him about requesting touch up paint. He told me yes, he’ll place an order for it. Within those two months i reached out to him to follow up about the paint, left him voicemails. Not once did he bother to called me back. So I decided to show my face & when i did he noticed me & quickly disappeared to the back to service desk didn’t even bother to speak to me. Like as if i did something wrong.. til this day the times i went for service not even a hi, how the car running for you or how you doing. I’m disappointed & frustrated with services i have received & am looking to service my car at another nissan dealership
