Sure you can. Drive through the park at any point in time and you will see plenty of cars parked in the street and in front of the fire exit. There are no rules for that anymore. And if there are they are not enforced

They raised the rent again this week. Its about $1000 a month rent garbage water sewer gas electric. Along with owning your mobile home as well.
