I live here this is my home. It's a unique Mobile home Park in that you purchase the property with your mobile home additionally you become one of the owners of the association. Our homes are modular and most of them have two car garages and quite a few of them have lovely views.

Its a typical hood,the neighbors are so nosey,that Pinocchio has new competition,why can't humans just be friendly and keep their judgements and nose to themselves,people visit,but its so intriguing that they must be spies,or worse...hunan.

Currently about $166/mo if you own a share of the park, which is resident-owned. It's $500-something, I believe, if you don't. Most of the houses will likely be sold with a share (~$40k+). It's well worth it if you plan to stay awhile.
