They have very unattractive workers but they are pretty pet friendly at least. The store has been remodeling and the isles are smaller and all torn up with floor scratches in the linoleum. They aren't very good at keeping their pet food fully stocked. Their rodent selection has been reduced and overpriced which makes it fun experience of visiting not as fun. This store probably see's a lot of theft because the workers don't come talk to their customers until checkout. In retail, customer contact is key to lowering shrinkage. They do offer free wifi and it expands pretty far outside their building. Pets are allowed so that gives them a rize to 3 stars from 2. The parking lot is small. They don't have rows. Most of the area parking belongs to Harbor Frieght.

I love this store! They always have what I need in stock and the clerks are very nice and helpful. The prices are comparable or better than on-line for the only food my picky cats will eat. This is my new go-to store for my pets. Goodbye, Amazon!

Terrible return policy! 31 days after I purchased cat litter they would not return it! It was an unopend box that would not work in my electronic cat litter box. They would not even do an exchange for the correct litter. I spend over $500.00 a year at this store and even though I have an account they would not budge stating "coorporate policy"

Grooming is open till 8:00pm Monday through Saturday and closes at 6:00pm on Sundays.
Hi yes we do trim dog's nails it's $10 for a basic nail trim and it's $15 for nail buffing with the dremel. We do take walk ins for nail trims but it's usually better to call and make an appointment to make sure a groomer is available to trim your dog's nails. Just remember to bring your dog's rabies shot paperwork that says when the shot is due again to the appointment or walk in. Dogs have to have updated rabies shots or if they're too young for a rabies shot they need to have their basic puppy shots. Unfortunately, no. Our location is only equipped for (meaning, has the space for) only the parakeets- however, the Auburn location does carry Conures ☺️
