We are just looking for a very country (Sierra) mobile home park and this fits the bill. It snows a bit more than our place in Auburn but not too much. The house is in good shape but needs remodeling and that's what my husband specializes in but it's a very quiet little park with a clubhouse and pool. Definitely going to make a bid.

An older Greek just of the highway. Not much going on here but quaint and friendly. If your board just ask one of the neighbors about one of the others and you will fill up your afternoon. Great management.

Is there anything
My husband and I put a deposit on a privately owned home and decided it just needs to much work, we use to manage mobile home parks and my husband would turn nasty homes into beautiful homes but when we saw the utility fees it was just too much money and work even for us. We saw other homes for sale there but they are all privately owned which is unusual but not unheard of. All in all it's a very quaint country park and I loved it.

There are limited spaces for 5th wheels. Call for availability. Unfortunately they only allow 2 people per space due to sewage capacity.

This is a family park, pet friendly, lots of beautiful trees. Its quiet, and yes can only accomodate two adults per home, but the people are friendly, and look out for each other. I really like this place.
