Very UNPROFESSIONAL. Bought 3 mattress sets from this place, (not the absolute best but not the absolute worst). Had the mattress set delivered on 12/31/21. The delivery guy was very inexperienced and in a rush! He carried a king size set ON HIS BACK rushing, in the process of rushing he FELL back against the screen door causing it to break! I called immediately up to the store, no answer. Left several messages. The next day I continued to call and finally got ahold of a salesman DAN. I sent pictures of door to DAN who stated it would be fixed once he talks to "Scotty" (whoever that it is). This happened on a Friday...by Tuesday I'm calling to find out about door. Dan was the rudest character I've ever seen. Basically letting me know that the owner doesn't care about customers at the NC store, he's worried about Virginia. Needless to say it's 1/10/22 and door was never fixed..luckily it was witnessed and small claims can handle. SPEND YOUR MONEY WHERE IT WILL BE VALUED. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
