The clerk at the front desk was extremely rude. We went there to pick up packages from our PO box, after getting notification they were there. She snapped at me and said they have been sent to our new address. I informed her our new address is our PO box and she argued that "no, to your house" I told her we moved our old address (our house) to our new address (our PO box). She went behind the wall and got our packages and then came back and very loudly/rudely told us that they had to be re-routed to VA first and then sent back here. I told her yes your manager told me that last week and said they'd be back here by Monday. She snapped at me again with some remarks, I said thank you and she said nothing. Worst customer service in the world. She needs to be let go!! We went in on 6/6/22 at 345pm. Someone needs to address her attitude and retrain her on how to treat customers.

Always helpful, from the desk (Olga) to the delivery (Sah), I have seen these employees handle the longest lines and weirdest situations with so much grace. You may wait a bit in line, but once it’s your turn, you are given amazing customer service and never rushed. I have had issues with packages and Olga has helped me personally, even calling me back to update me on the situation. I was putting out packages for our small business incorrectly and Sah took the time to explain why a scan sheet is the best practice. You WILL have wait times, you WILL experience mistakes and/or lost packages, the stamp prices will ALWAYS increase (pro tip: buy forever stamps), but these are concerns at the top of the USPS and no fault of the Youngsville Post Office. All I see here are hard working people doing the best they can with what they are given.
