Update: 9/2021 While this facility has some caring and compassionate staff members, it is VERY poorly management and facility is extremely understaffed. The lack of staff, unfortunately shows in the quality of care for your loved one. Nothing is completed in a timely manner, medical records are unorganized and constant oversight is required just to make sure things are done. No one knows how to operate or maintain a CPAP machine (although promised it would be taken care of). Residents have the same clothing for days on end. I can no longer recommend or suggest this facility to anyone. Franklin Manor is an intimate, small community, and they specialize in dementia and memory care... the staff has been great so far & the director Dennis really helped us out a lot, and helped make the transition much better for my dad.

I've been very impressed with the care that my wife has received at Franklin Manor. She has been there for almost a year and a half, through the Covid year, and has thrived. The staff, particularly the therapy staff, has worked with her and made changes to her care to keep her as strong and healthy as possible. Since moving her to Franklin Manor I have been very confident that she is receiving the best care possible and that this is the best place for her at this time.
