Goin' Postal was to repack and ship a box of vintage china (read fragile) which was purchased locally, from NC to TX. NONE of the pieces were re-wrapped for safe transport. A box that was worn and 7 years old was used, old discolored packing paper, and not enough fill used to prevent the poorly packed items from shifting and becoming damaged further (missing 1.5 - 2" of packing peanuts (see pic) Needless to say I received a box of shards...NO follow up from the owner Sheryl on the claim with FedEx (clearly not FedEx's fault if you don't pack properly). If you value what you are sending, choose another shipper to ensure your parcel arrives safely and in good order to its destination.

This is my go-to location for help with my more cumbersome packages. New owner is very generous and helps me out a ton, plus she listens to me complain about politics, etc. (Poor girl). Mocksville is such a great little town, and this store is a terrific resource.
