I have been an employee for about 3 months now, and I have NOTHING negative to say! I would read these reviews before putting in my application and I know, everyone has an opinion and a right to express that opinion. On that note my opinion is: ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY JOB AND THE CREW I WORK WITH!!! I’ve never had a company really make me feel like I belong, until I started here! This is the easiest job I’ve ever had, it is a little dirty, and even with the air conditioning, it’s still HOT during these Hot months! I am proud to be a member of the Comfort Bilt/Larson Doors/Fortune Brands team and look forward to the future

truckers: second left into driveway, you’ll see sign for shipping / receiving. i was delivery in a dry van trailer, but it looks like flatbed delivery’s are immediately on your left and then van delivery’s further down at the end of the building on left hand side. you have to walk around the corner past the dumpster and find the door to check in and ring the bell. they said find any door and slide your tandems so they can get the dock plate in. i had 8am appt and still here at 9:45 but actively getting unloaded. people here seem friendly

I absolutely love my job, I love the people I work with & I love what I do, what I don’t love is being called an inconvenience by a team lead for being in school & being unable to work Fridays, they don’t respect people here, save your time & work somewhere else.
