Gildan doesn’t provide adequate hearing protection for its factory workers. They stop providing hearing protection to save 30k in cost.

Straight trash, horrible working conditions, supervisors play favorites, and no chance for advancement and raises are far and few between. The machines are terrible always breaking down and you get in trouble for not meeting production goals. You are treated like a child and paid like one
