These miserable sub-human employees will find a way to ruin your day and waste your time. They are an emotionless monotone form of life at best. Every single time I try to get something done for my business they do nothing but set me back. They are as worthless as a mosquito. I don't know how anyone can be so miserable.

You have to return your registered plate to the license plate agency

We are planning to sell my Moms car but she cannot find the title. Can we switch the title to the new owner at the some time that we apply for the lost title or do we have to wait for the title to come back?

You have to order a replacement title and wait for it to come back. It takes about two to three weeks.
