We had high winds last night so of course with cans set out for all night for garbage pickup there were quite a few pieces of cardboard laying around this morning. We watched as the driver of truck #2418 stopped at each house to empty the recycle bins, he made an extra effort and got out of his truck several times to pickup loose cardboard and other items laying near the bins. We appreciate his extra efforts in helping to keep our community clean. Please give our driver our thanks and let him know how much we appreciate him. Homeowners - Turnberry @ Boxwood, Mocksville

Snowed on a Sat. Pickup is normally Monday. There was some ice on the road Mon and Tues. But 6 days later, after a few mid 40's days, the snow and ice has all melted and roads are COMPLETELY dry. It's Friday 1/21 and no pickup, customer service reps all gave different responses during the 3 times I called, but none gave an answer as to whether or not we are getting a recycle pickup before the weekend or not. Snow is expected again tonight,so will we have another week of no pickup?? No answer from anyone. Then they have a 3 question survey after each call. But ironically the rep knows when they weren't helpful and disconnect you BEFORE you get to the survey so they aren't penalized. This is what happens when you have 1 company with a monopoly in your town- no accountability. A true TRASH company! And I don't mean what they specialize in.

How are y’all gonna send a letter out about requiring to add waste pickup service to recycling, if you never answer the gd phone no matter what time of the day??

PITIFUL! JUST PLAIN PITIFUL! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE! SERVICE???? NON EXISTANT. On hold for an hour 3 days in a row with no answer. I've tried at 7am, noon, 5pm.... but I have no other choice. And obviously, besides not answering the phone, they don't read their reviews. I think I'll just burn my garbage in the front yard until the EPA shows up. Or the fire department....
