Stopped by on the way to a prebid meeting at Camp Dawson. Great food and quick! take cash so you don't have to pay for using the ATM. Very nice ladies who run the place worth going.

Awesome Lil gem. Great food ,awesome service,good prices. We are truck drivers . You do not get well cooked and seasoned food anywhere else in the country. Just like your mom/ Granny cooked. Greatly recommend. Not very big parking lot. can get in bobtail

Posted hours show that they will open up Down Home Diner at 7am. I remember them serving pancakes and buckwheat pancakes all day.
Staff was masked, place was clean, tables are far apart. Food was great!
