At 8am, they are supposed to open at 7am, the door was locked and the shop was still closed. I asked the shop worker nearby if they were open and he responded with "we will be at some point, this always happens. The other guy goes mosying around the store in the mornings." I asked if they could get going or if I needed to drive to another city's Walmart? The other guy then walked up and said "yes, go to a different Walmart and have a nice day." Routine operation of Eden Walmart.

Stopped by for an oil change, the first attendant seemed pleasant & when she asked about if they could accommodate an oil change, she was met with a ranting from David (or at least that's what was on his name tag), about how he has too much to do: employees' cars, blah blah blah, has 2 new trainees, etc etc etc. Dude, I get it, speaking from my own line of work, the service industry has an insurmountable amount of challenges between the workload... to the staffing... but is in front of the customer the best place to air your grievances?? a simple, "ma'am, it will be an hour wait" would suffice.

My local friendly walmart is a great place to get an oil change or tires. I've been coming here for 3 years and I've never had a problem. Only bad thing is they need more help to cut the wait time down but other then that this place is great
