First off, FIRE ROXY. Absolutely THE worst at this job... doesn't listen, totally incompetent, speaks over you, can't pronounce her words correctly, and then overcharges you for literally everything - because she CAN'T LISTEN and do HER JOB. I called to file a complaint and I'm told the Manager, Carol, should give me a callback. We'll see. AVOID THIS POST OFFICE AT ALL COSTS. They do not care and they will cheat you out of money and then refuse to make it right.

It might depend on how clear your road is but we have gotten mail in Stoneville.
My buddy works for the PO and said if conditions on your driveway or in front of your mailbox are an issue then you dont get mail. So if there is a giant mountain of snow in front of your box or a two mile unscraped driveway that might be the issue.

the recent weather event over the last several days has thrown the US postal Service into a little bit of a frienzy. They're trying to recoup and recover because conditions were so bad on Monday that mail delivery in this area was not possible. The general public needs to understand this and realize that just because as a normal situation the mail runs sometimes it's just not possible because of weather conditions a little understanding and patience would go a long way
It WAS .47 cents, but they said it was supposed to decrease to .46 cents? I honestly cant keep up with it.
