I personally worked here. The company does not offer PTO. So when you call out for emergency its a write up. If you call out a day in advance and find coverage.. It's a write up. Ive met countless of people who have worked for allied and can confirm it's a Joke. I saw countless employees quit including myself due to lack of stability and Leadership. Countless amount of people told me CJ was a big issue. He lacks in being professional, and constantly deflects responsibility onto supervisors and guards. He never steps up and actually helps... Other than he hires anyone and everyone because no-one wants to work with his sites.
