Had used them at a previous residence and they were reasonably priced and did a great job, so when our roof at our new house needed repair they were the first call. They came out, provided a quote and we set up a time for them to come do the work. The day arrived and they were a no call no show. When I called to find out what happened, the person who answered confirmed that it had not been marked complete in their system and could not figure out why. He advised that unfortunately they wouldn't be able to work us in for another month. Extremely frustrating that we weren't a priority after they didn't show up, nor was there much of an apology or discount offered for wasting our time. The workers did show up on the rescheduled date, and the work was done well, however we noticed a planter had been broken and gutter bent on our security footage. No one bothered to leave a note or even acknowledge it. Will really have to rethink using Skywalker going forward

We were very satisfied with Skywalker Roofing. They are a local company, very professional yet not at all "salesy" in their approach. They were competitive on price with the other two companies who gave us estimates, but really were a better value, as for the same price, they installed a much-needed chimney cap the other companies didn't include in their scope of work. Skywalker showed up on time, did the work right using quality materials, and gave us a strong warranty. Overall a confidence-inspiring experience and company.

Skywalker has employees who are professional, polite and get the job done. The supervisor on the job explained everything they were doing to the roof with each step. There was no mess when the job was done.
