Waste of time!!! Took the day off of work to travel 4+ hours to buy my son a truck. Let them know we were on our way before we left. 3 hours into our trip get a call from the dealership saying they sold the vehicle. When I texted them back the sales person had the audacity to blame us for not requesting a hold. They did not offer us a hold on the vehicle, even after letting them know we were coming from 4 hours away. Just goes to show customer service is dead when a dollar is involved!

The service was OK, but we have had continued issues with the service plans they sell. We purchased a plan to cover multiple oil changes and it was the most frustrating thing ever. On one trip they claimed they had no record of us purchasing it. And then recently we went because our van indicated we needed an oil change, only to be told that the ones we had purchased had expired.... How does a freaking oil change expire. Will not be using them anymore.
