I seriously wish that I could give negative stars. We started the process of buying our home about 18 months ago, we just closed last month. The girl who was our agent should have been fired, 3 times, as far as I'm concerned, with her biggest mistake being, having our well put in the wrong place, causing months of permit related delays, and the well to be in the wrong spot...worst of all? The price of the model went up, so this company BREAKS THEIR CONTRACT, and raises the price by about $5000.00. Not to mention, we were owed major refunds which we never got. I could never recommend this place. And the agent who caused this still works with them, too...its insane, really. They do this because they think you, as a customer, are stuck, and have no recourse, after they screw you over totally, and have thousands of dollars of your money. And who has money for litigation after buying a house? Well, we do, luckily, but most people do not, so they take advantage of the little guy. Never go here, factory expo is better
