Perhaps if owner/groomer didn’t take her own personal “chill” breaks, Service would go faster. Unfortunately, the owner groomer is either delusional or purposely untruthful. The appointment was PREBOOKED a week plus. Terrible how she abuses animals by keeping them 10 plus hours in cages and then blames the animal. Been going to this place for over 13 years. Used to be top Service. The last year or so. Service dropped.Several times we arrived at 10 am Sat for an Apt. and no one around So we left. Received text next day. “Sorry family emergency”.. . the last straw was last week with a PREBOOKED apt a week in advance, 11am Apt. our beloved pet was not “ready” until 930pm!! There is NO Excuse ever for keeping a dog for over 10 hours. Such lengthy stats are not new. The owner/ groomer is well experienced with our now deceased dog so to blame the dog for her incompetence is disgraceful. I will never go back again. I truly wish her all the very best of health. Please all keep your furry family members safe.
