We ordered a prime standing rib roast for Christmas Eve dinner. I asked to have it “untrimmed” because we use the extra drippings to make Yorkshire pudding. It came exactly as we ordered it and everyone agreed it was by far the BEST prime rib roast we have ever had. The entire time we were at the dinner table the conversation kept coming back to how delicious it was. I wish I could take the credit but all I did was sprinkle on a little salt and pepper and put it in the oven until it reached 120 degrees. I would recommend this butcher shop to anyone looking to source quality meat on the North Shore. Obviously prices are higher for Prime grade beef, but I think it is 100% worth it when it comes down to taste and texture. I hope that people will support small businesses and celebrate the access to quality products we gain from the efforts these establishments. Thank you to the Corner Butcher Shop for making our Christmas dinner spectacular, especially in such a trying year.

Hello - we do not carry organic, we carry all natural. Happy to talk about your specific needs to see if can help. Give us a call. Allison - same applies to beef bones. We don't carry organic or grass fed. We carry all natural. I hope that helps.
We do have a freezer full of marrow bones, we sell an equal number to humans who love bone broth and humans who love their pets. They are not canoe cut (if you mean cut down the middle) but we can do that for you with some notice. We will need to thaw them enough that the saw will go through them.
We typically have it frozen, but not fresh. We can always have it for you with about 48 hours notice, so we can get it fresh from our supplier. Thanks for asking!
