I was so impressed with everyone I dealt with, from the receptionist to the crew that did the cleaning! They are very friendly and treat you with respect. Hi Judy, Our representative that inspected your carpet has determined that the areas that feel rough are due to a permanent damage from worn down traffic areas. However, an additional treatment called, Pile Lifting, can help make the carpet feel softer. In the future, this service can be done in addition to the standard deep cleaning. Even, if your carpet is not old, some types of carpet wear down quicker than others, especially in the traffic areas. Thank you, Judy.
