Had MANY people I know live here. Management is CROOKED!. Evicts without probable cause and packs/ puts your belongings out without notice because they never hand deliver notices and expects you to get them. They make their own adjustments to rent and or fees. Expects months paid in advance.

Lived here for a year recently moved out. The only good thing about this place was that they accepted my ESA and it was close to work. Their site is a catfish, most of their apartments are old and outdated. They put more money into their “amenities” than the actual living spaces. One outdated washer and dryer (that are coin operated) on every floor. Mice and Cockroaches in every building. There’s about 20 guest parking spaces for the entire place, and you’ll get towed for anything. Rent is outrageous for the quality of the apartment and buildings, plus you have to pay water as well as your normal electric bill. One instance they needed access to my apartment to install water meters I’d emailed them multiple times saying I want to be there because of my dog gave them plenty of notice and was open to any time, they ignored every message went in without me there and left a mess of my apartment. They didn’t care about that either. Now that I left they are trying to keep almost 300 out of 500 of my deposit for 2 little stains on the carpet they supposedly found and gave me a receipt of the damages that dates 2019 (I lived there 2021-2022) and refuse to answer me back. Will be taking this to small claims court. I highly recommend looking at other options. Don’t believe the 5 star reviews and find another place to live.

I just wanted to express my sincerest gratitude for the help and attention I received from Altitude Apartments maintenance, specifically from Chuck. I called the emergency line on a Saturday night, July 30th, 2022, to resolve not exactly what could be within what is considered an emergency, but he came to my apartment, to help me with what I had reported. He was in the apartment for almost 2 hours until everything was set and completed. He left around 1:30 AM. He was extremely helpful. Chuck went above and beyond helping me with the problem. It was amazing and I have no words to express my gratitude. He came back to ensure everything was fine. Thank you so much, I really appreciated it!!
