It’s been about a month since I moved to strata and life is so far good. My room was so clean and neat when I moved; but there are more things that I like to be happen. The first thing is there is no 24/7 on-site management or maintenance to support you at a certain time frame, and as rule the building is smoke free and it clearly says ‘No smoking within 25 ft’ around the building entrance but there are a lot of smoke trash and filter butts everywhere around the parking lot and even near the entrance of the building. An other thing is the walk in carpet it dirty and needs a vacuum cleaning or may be needs to be changed.

The 1st 6 months I loved living there. Perfect location. Good people in the building. However, the last 6 months I was there....Was all about MICE.... it was very bad... Pest control came to my unitl at least 6-7 times...Other tenants said they was going through the same thing. It was so disappointing, and then they had the nerve to raise the rent by $400.00.... I have to get my family out of there!!! And had to buy all new furniture.....🤬🤬🤬

I can't express enough how disappointed my last few months of stay have been. Pest has become a big problem. It's terrifying to know how cautious I have to be while moving, with the fear of bringIng pest with me. It's Disgusting. The hallways always smell bad and seem to take forever to clean trash left by residents. The smell of marijuana and cigarette has increased. I would absolutely not recommend staying here. Plus, The amenities are mediocre... Make sure you get a tour of the other hallways, where there is pee and old food left on the stairway.

Strata apartments in Malden has been a great community to live in. My girlfriend and I just signed another year lease here. Denise is the absolute best she helps figure out all of my issues and concerns even when I signed my lease late and forgot to pay rent. Maintenance is always on top of it, cleaners do a great job keeping the property spotless, and I have never had a problem with another residence. Highly recommend!
