The phone drops are ridiculous. Customer service is fine but if you can't get thru than its pointless. I have been hung up on more times than i can count..

On hold waiting to speak with someone for over 10 minutes then they dropped my call, called back and on hold again waiting over 9 mins. For someone to answer the phone - poor customer service!

It says 300.00 daily limit at the atm
Our new hours are Monday - Friday from 9am to 4pm. The ATM is always accessible in the entryway. And we offer some great new digital options to access your finances through Online Banking and Mobile App. I'll see if we can add an option to get our hours through the phone system, thank you for that suggestion.
I believe you would have to wait but it would depend on who wrote the check, and what arrangements you had with the bank. Check with the bank
