My wife and I had our entire in-ground pool remodeled in Peabody. This included demolition of our existing in-ground pool, concrete pool decking and surrounding landscaping. It also included all new plumbing for the pool, electrical service to the pool, pool liner, pool decking, a new retaining wall and surrounding decking. We loved working with Central Pools and Justin and his team. Justin was very responsive on text/phone and had lots of good ideas from his years experience in the business. The construction was done on time when Justin told me it would and that was no small feat given Covid. His contractors for retaining wall and electrical work (shout out to Harold - wonderful to work with!) were on time and did great work too. I would easily work with Justin and Central Pools again.

I cannot say enough positive things about Justin and his team. We have worked with many contractors over the years on different home projects and this was by far our most positive experience. Justin was knowledgeable and patient. I had so many questions along the way, since I’d never had a pool, ever, and he treated each one with respect and helped me understand whatever part of the process I was stuck on. He adhered to his proposed deadlines. His entire staff was polite and kind and respectful of our property during construction. He was responsive to texts. He never pushed us to spend more money or oversell us anything and was clear about costs throughout the process. I highly recommend Central Pools!
