I get sent here to pickup food for others every few weeks. Always polite and helpful staff. Can't speak to the quality of the food personally, but since i keep getting sent back i guess it's pretty good.

The person taking the order couldn't understand what I was ordering when they brought the order out it was wrong we ordered original style chicken when I got home and opened the boxes one was Crispy and the othere box the chicken was so greasy couldn't eat it

I ordered 3 piece meal on drive-through around 9:30pm and the guy didn't asked me what kind, original and crispy and I forgot to asked him either. Than he just gave me like dry, hard as rock crispy chickens. I felt like he just dump food whatever they couldn't sell. French fries were not even half full at the container.

Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday around noon with no wait, which is typical at this location. Greeted after about 30/45 seconds of looking at the board trying to decide what we wanted. Friendly and attentive staff for the most part. Food was hot, fresh and tasted great! Pretty happy with the experience, only reason not a 5 star was because the pickup counter and floor around the soda machine was sticky from a few spilled drinks. Customer service was very good overall as we ate in and witnessed other customers being taken care of.
