A little confused as ti why it takes so long not only to receive your order but to have it taken ti begin with. There's 5 to 6 people back there almost every time I come here and it appears that the wait is only getting longer. You will literally wait 10 minutes at the counter before someone walks over to take your order and up to 20 minutes to receive it. In total Put at least 30 minutes aside if you plan on going yo this location.

I am a big fan of this franchise but this locations Customer Service needs a little improvement...Karen, we are very disappointed to see we did not meet your expectations or, quite frankly, our own.
