Second order in a week and it was delivered on time and fresh using Active Menus. Food was definitely good and we'll be back again soon to place another order at Potbelly and have it delivered by Active Menus.

They literally closed to customers coming in because they had to many orders online at 12:00. Kept letting them in just to block the line and say we are too busy to serve you.

Twice out of three times I have received an absolute incorrect order and paid for things I didn't receive!!
