I've been a resident for almost two years. I had an amazing move in experience with Kirstin. She's friendly, responsive and caring. The previous manager, Miranda also shared these qualities. However, things have taken a turn for the worse. My living room AC broke at the end of May, after July 4th weekend my bedroom AC unit went out. The current maintenance team is great and done everything they could. However, the current property manager, Shirley Champagne does absolutely nothing to help the residents. She will straight up ignore your calls, emails and even straight up ignore you to your face. She's unreliable, uncooperative, unresponsive. She's a liar and a name caller. I've have routinely asked to be kept in the loop about what's happening to get my AC fixed. Her responses have been to kick me out of the office, the community clubhouse, tell me I was trespassing, threatened to call the cops and said she would not be renewing my lease. I have now heard from MULTIPLE residents that they are frustrated with her and lack of communication and customer service. So beautiful place to leave with a hideous property manager so do not recommend until she's replaced.

Not Brand New, not luxury apartment. Spiderwebs are everywhere, they don’t clean the buildings. Previous tenants did not maintain well.

Miranda and her office team have done a great job! Issues I had were quickly addressed and fixed. The maintenance team have been quick and efficient in maintaining the property. I have been happy overall with my stay here. Miranda has been very helpful in accommodating me while I wait for the completion of my new home. Thanks to ALL the staff at Glenmooroaks Oaks!

The amenities at Glenmoor Oaks are incredible if you golf, have pets or have kids. I do wish there was assigned parking or a covered car port option, a car-care area, better WiFi, and electric water heaters as these gas heaters take longer than normal to get the water hot and are a little loud while heating. I am grateful for the elevators on shopping days, the secured package room (in each building) for deliveries, and the online portal: for all community updates, maintenance requests and rent payments which can be split or made 2 months in advance.
