Stayed at 706 Cedar Lane #3 for 2 years with my girlfriend as a young professional working in State College. Hands down one of the best value apartments you can find. If you like fishing for trout, you’re really in luck with a Class A wild trout stream literally in your backyard and only a 5 minute drive to the Little Juniata River. The one reason I knocked a star off is because if you need to work from home, the internet to this unit was really poor (likely due to old wiring going to the unit). Combined with the lack of phone service for Verizon, and it can be nearly impossible to work from a home office some days.

The apartments were in an absolutely gorgeous setting, very quiet neighborhood and fairly close to everything. I lived here for 2 years and while I loved the layout of the apartment, it was incredibly difficult to heat because the windows leaked so much. My neighbors smoked like trains so my apartment smelled of smoke constantly. Maintenance was good for the most part, although toward the end we had a window screen that was to be replaced that never was, and the towel bar in the bathroom that came off the wall I had requested to be fixed twice that didn't happen. Would have stayed longer, but rent goes up with every lease renewal, which didn't sit right with me on top of all the other fees you have to pay. To each their own, it was a good place to start over all. Neighbors mostly stay to themselves.

I had stayed in 706 Apt 6 at Woodland Manor Complex and I loved it, it was a great place, very quiet and calm. Very pretty as well surrounded by the woods. The Landlord John was very helpful when anything happened and always was fair with any rules placed. He gave notice any and every time he had someone or himself coming by to do anything! I would recommend!
