I was given a 2 day wait for the tech to contact me about fixing my laptop. Heard nothing for a week so I stopped by the store and was told they were trying to find the correct screen and they would be in touch with me. Once again heard …She brought this laptop in on January 28th and was it would be a week to ten business days before we got to it possibly sooner. When we were in contact with her we told her that this model wasn’t easy to find the screen and we didn’t have a firm estimate yet. She said no problem that she was anticipating $250 to repair and to go ahead and order it. I told her my tech would need to come in and remove the broken screen and get the actual part number to further locate the correct screen. Upon doing that the bezel thin plastic cover cracked from the adhesive that holds it. I was trying to locate the correct part. The screen was already replaced and working correctly. She called today and I told her that the screen was replaced and explained about the bezel. I told her I needed to locate a replacement. She seemed fine with it telling me to call back when it was ready! Then an hour later her husband shows up saying he is here to pickup his completed laptop. Once seeing which it was I was confused saying that one isn’t done? And that I had just talked to his wife. I explained everything again to him because she hadn’t and he was fine with it and left. 5 minutes later he came back in saying his wife wanted to take it like it was. I said it’s apart? He said that was ok. I showed him about the plastic piece and told him I was reducing the repair cost for it even though it couldn’t be avoided. He understood and was happy when he left... Also just spoke with her on the phone because apparently she didn’t understand and instead of allowing me to explain again what I had already told her she kept talking over top of me.

Awesome and quick service!! 😊 Took my surface pro in to get looked at. It was broken and wouldn’t take charge. They were able to fix it within a couple days. Previously I took it to Geek squad and they said there is nothing they can do. I trusted this electronic shop since they were able to fix my iPhone 8 a while back as well. Highly recommend!
