I have always wanted to loose weight but did not know really what to do. A trainer was a must for me to help push myself to reach my goals. After a few months of meeting with Johnny I felt as though his team cared about my success and held me accountable for my actions inside and outside the gym. My trainer Patricia was the absolute best both in terms of pushing me to work harder and show me how different equipment would help the different body muscles. If you are looking to start your fitness journey, World Gym will be my recommendation everytime!

I want to give a huge shout out to World Gym ~ California MD. I joined 1 month ago. Johnny was amazing with listening to my struggles with fitness and what my goals are. He picked the best trainer for me. My trainer Dijon is amazing! I've learned so much from him and am excited to see what else I can accomplish! I highly recommend World Gym in California MD and if you need a Personal Trainer and want to see results Dijon is the best!!

My favorite gym so far! VIP classes are great. HIIT, Yoga, and Body Pump are always fun. I never have an issue using a machine or finding a spot to stretch. The outdoor area is nice as well.

During my first visit I instantly felt like this was going to be a gym I will stick with indefinitely! Their programs and staff make you feel like you’re part of a huge support system from their cleanliness to overall professionalism. I have a hit class scheduled for next week and I am pumped!!! Can’t wait to see what world gym will do with my future goals.
