Front page of website says "Pet emergency? Read no further and call us right away". I call and am told they don't in fact handle emergency cases. Might want to rethink your website, is misleading.

A wonderful facility with a staff that truly cares about both pet and owner. Had no trouble getting an appointment and our feisty feline is now doing better than ever!

My puppy has eye infection and white discharge from an eye. They squeezed me in for the next day when I called, which I really neeeded and appreciate. Pine Banks staff and Dr. Syed treated my dog with extra care when all the other hospitals turned us down.

We started going to this vet during the epidemic. since it was the only place that had an open appointment. We have PetsBest insurance and this place has the worst medical record system. They even put information about our pet that was not true, claiming she had surgery when she had only gone for check ups and vaccinations. We have been having a very difficult time getting reimbursed by the insurance, which has been goin on for two years. During a conversation with one of the staff about this issue, I was abruptly placed on hold in the middle of the conversation and when I called they refused to speak with me. I have never had such an unprofessional interaction. If you have insurance, DO NOT USE THEM. I will be a nightmare.

Based on a quality of life assessment made with the doctor, the pet parent can decide to pursue treatment, or ultimately the decision to euthanize may be deemed to be in the patient's best interest. In such situations, we can perform a euthanasia and assist in the aftercare of your pet.

Yes, depending on the situation, euthanasia can be performed. An exam must be performed first, and the doctor can explore options, including euthanasia if necessary.
