Okay, here's my problem. My haircut was great. I wish I had stopped there. Unfortunately, I decided to treat myself to a mini shampoo and conditioner. When I went to use them they were opened and one was clearly used. I called because they are way out of the way for me and I was hoping they'd refund me if I sent along pictures. First they tried to tell me they weren't open or used, (which wasn't true - I have working eyes) and they wouldn't refund them. Then they told me I could get a store credit if I drove back and returned them sometime Monday through Thursday before 4 pm. I value my time more than that. I hope that $15 was worth it to them because I will never go back and tell anyone interested that they're unsanitary - because don't tell me I was the only one to get opened, used, refilled, or god knows what products. I cringe thinking of how unsanitary that is. Plus I question a place that's so hard up for money they're afraid to refund $15.

best hair cut I've ever had, I've had my hair messed up by stylists more times than I'd like to admit so I went in very nervous and was more than pleased with the result. I was very comfortable the whole time.
