I have been with this self storage company for several years. For the past year+ I have had multiple issues with billing practices. The online payment system has not worked for over a year. They want me to sign up for autopay. Why would I give them access to my CC when online payments cannot be made. What can go wrong here? I have notified them each and every month about the billing issue only to be told they agree with me. For months I did not receive a monthly invoice and was late charged the day after the due date. No one gives a hoot. All the phone calls are replied to: we are working on this, nothing gets done
