Beautiful but pricy

Checked out Winterberry for the first time today on a sunny day. I was impressed with the layout of the gardens and it felt like I was visiting a Botanical Garden for free. I was in the market for a ZZ Plant but they were sold out. I found out that many indoor plants were 50% off during my visit and I'll be back in the future.

Let me start by saying their nursery and nursery staff are fantastic. That's about where it ends. I hired them for maintenance (spring, fall cleanup, trimming, pruning, edging). They sent out inexperienced staff who are unsupervised who seem to have little to no knowledge of how to cut back plants or complete their work. So far 5 of my mature plants are dead from being overpruned or ripped out. They killed all of my lavender by cutting deep into the woody portions, almost to the ground. I saw them do it to one, told them not to do it to the rest and they ignored me. Now the plants are all dead. Every job required follow up or a second visit due to incomplete or incorrect work. For top dollar, I expected better.
