My iPhone shattered and I needed a new one asap, but I didn’t want to upgrade to an expensive new one. I found Wireless World’s used phone posts on OfferUp for very reasonable prices. I went there the next day, showed the manager the OfferUp post, she got me the iPhone 8 I was looking for, and she let me put my SIM card in their phone and login into my iCloud to make sure the phone was compatible before I purchased it. Phone has been working great. Battery health was at 83%. Very happy with the customer service 🙂

Did you have a stroke?
I went there and purchased a samsung s10 plus 2 weeks ago and I should have known better then to trust them and buy the phone when she didn't know anything about it and couldn't sign out of my gmail accounts etc cause I wanted my data transferred. The phone never worked and it was because they either had sold me a damaged internally phone or it was an international phone that would always have the connection problem . When I brought the phone back well within the 14 day period I was given attitude and being talked down to. The phone not only didn't connect but heated up to the point you couldn't hold it and the speaker phone didn't work. I tried to get it repaired on my own before returning it cause I wanted that phone badly but nope couldn't fix it. I was told I was a liar.. that the phone worked fine. But then they informed that I had to pay a restocking fee of 20%. On a phone that they sold to me broken?? Are you kidding me. Go to another place for help!!!
Their price is $110 but I got mine fixed for $90. That was nice of them.
