Would give 0 stars if I could. I had a fraudulent activity on my debit card, and was waiting for my replacement card coming out of state. I paid my bill using my banking information but accidentally put the wrong account info. The payment was returned, which I was unaware off. I called right away and paid via phone with my new card once I got a letter from them. This was an honest mistake on my end and I admit. You think they’d cut me some slack by waving the $30 fee? Unbelievable! No one was willing to help. No going above and beyond at customer service department. If there was another water company here in Winter Haven, I’d move on with no hesitation! Customer service is horrible 😡 **** Update! 4/7/22. I’ve responded to Kyle R. And he’s gone ahead to refund the $30 fee to show as a credit on my account . Very professional and polite man. He explained the reason for fee, and the process if needing to speak to a supervisor. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get through when I needed help, but he’s made it right. Thank you Kyle!

So my house built in winter haven by Ryan's homes. Is 4 years old. lots of water was coming out from the grass just a couple nights ago. home so tired from work and I see this water at 9:30PM at night. I saw that next to my house there is 2-3 pipes and we realized water was coming out from those pipes under the ground. I called the city of winter Haven emergency line for help. A really nice gentleman Name Freddy came to help me to shut off the water meter. So that water would stop. Thank you for all your help Freddy gave me some tips for next occurrence, and help me the most he could. Nice to know there is good ppl like him that care among our residents in winter Haven FL. You never know when things like this would happen to you and is a relief knowing you can pick up the phone and help will come right away!!!!!

How can my bill run 80-100 every month then boom over 200 in one month ? This has happened twice since living here the last 2 1/2 - 3yrs. We are just 2 people who is gone for 10hrs a day and haven’t ran the irrigation in 4mos. And like last time I complained they blamed it on the irrigation so this time they can’t do that because it hasn’t been running. The lady said they will send someone out and if there is no issues like leaks then I’m just plain out of luck. No refund no credit just a big oh fu right before Xmas.!! But if there’s a leak then I may have to pay to fix it then they will give me a credit. I need to start my own water and sewage company that way these people will stop ripping us off cause then We could go somewhere else. Ridiculous!!!!!
