the worst company ever, charging $55 for new account and $185 deposit, no matter what if you home owner or a tenant. all what can I say about this company is scam. I was living in orange county and i never seen this charge. do not live in Polk county.

130 for water only service or 240 for water and sewer service... $5 more for same day service
